Common Spaces of the SMOLNA in Sopot. In the prestigious investment - SMOLNA, developed by one of Poland’s most renowned real estate companies, Invest Komfort, we had the pleasure of designing the interiors of the common spaces, setting a new standard for elegance and functionality. Our concept covered entrance halls, stairwells, a show apartment, and a residents’ club, which includes a gym, sauna, and a multifunctional room for the community.
The stairwell design is based on strong contrasts – the combination of white surfaces in smooth and highly textured finishes with the deep black of charred wood gives the space a bold character. The use of charred wood is a nod to the architectural concept of the estate, as this material is also featured on the courtyard-facing façades, creating a seamless dialogue between the interior and exterior.
In the residents’ club, we focused on soft, warm tones, fostering a sense of relaxation and comfort. Light greys, natural wood, and lush greenery dominate the space, crafting a welcoming and soothing environment that encourages both social interaction and personal well-being.
These interiors not only emphasize the prestige of the investment but also enhance the quality of everyday life, providing residents with an exceptional space for meetings, activities, and relaxation.

Przestrzenie wspólne inwestycji SMOLNA w Sopocie. W prestiżowej inwestycji - SMOLNA, realizowanej przez uznanego dewelopera Invest Komfort, mieliśmy przyjemność zaprojektować wnętrza przestrzeni wspólnych, które definiują elegancję i funkcjonalność osiedla. Nasza koncepcja objęła hale wejściowe, klatki schodowe, mieszkanie pokazowe oraz klub mieszkańca, w którym znajdują się siłownia, sauna i wielofunkcyjna sala do użytku mieszkańców.
Projekt klatek schodowych bazuje na mocnym kontraście – zestawienie bieli w różnych fakturach (gładkich i strukturalnych) z głęboką czernią palonego drewna nadaje przestrzeni wyrazisty charakter. Użycie palonego drewna jest nawiązaniem do architektury osiedla, gdzie ten materiał pojawia się na elewacjach od strony dziedzińca, tworząc spójny dialog między wnętrzem a zewnętrzem.
W strefie klubu mieszkańca postawiliśmy na jasne, ciepłe barwy, które budują atmosferę relaksu i komfortu. Dominuje jasna szarość, naturalne drewno oraz zieleń, tworząc przyjazne, kojące wnętrze, które zachęca do odpoczynku i integracji mieszkańców.
To wnętrza, które nie tylko definiują prestiż inwestycji, ale również podnoszą jakość codziennego życia, zapewniając mieszkańcom wyjątkową przestrzeń do spotkań, aktywności i relaksu.
